has been generally recognized only for a scant quarter of a century but it is so universally admitted? exulted? now there is a quick demand among collectors and museums for every piece that comes into the market. Most of the great pieces that become thus commercially available came to America but they so soon find a permanent place in either private or public collections and the total number left is comparatively so limited it will in a few years, be impossible every again to assemble as complete a series as is shown at the Arts Club.
