Dear Rev. C: All Gaelic Greetings of the Day! The enclosed clipping about the Battery Clerk of "A-52" I felt sure would thrill you. It is indicative of the high moral tone in the Army as seen in Camp Callan - and a fine rebuttal to "Lost Week End" and the book you reviewed in the "Sun" about the rum-ridden furlough of some Navy men. A typed letter from the Rev. B. brought the news he is still boozing - a fact which we must work against. I herewith appoint you as my Proxy Crusader. Burrell is having the "horrors", Jack. In his epistle he conjured up a vision of you having several beers with some dame and reciting to her "The Coach Up ahead." Poor Burrell! He seems to think that this weird and unseemly phantasm had a basis in fact. For the sake of all "AA",
