Dear Rev. C: Note here a startling case of the ethical degeneration inevitable in nicotine addicts. There are now regular meetings at Hull House for Junior Junkies - dope addicts between 15 and 21 years of age. This is an effort to trans-plant AA amongst the needle-boys.
