F. W. Rosemont There is a motion before the board at this time, which I am sure will pass. Notable - That the G.E.B Chairman shall countersign all checks issued at Headquarters with a provision that when Chairman does not reside in Chicago that the G.E.B Chairman shall delegate someone there for a period not longer than one year.

  Could you be my delegate in this capacity.  It would require that you first, countersign all checks - two, keep a simple record of to whom a how much each check is & supply a monthly report of same to Chairman prior to the publishing of the G.O.B.
