Got Malcolm to take a nap today - the first he has had for a long time. His cough was worse last night though for the last week has been much better and seemed to be vanishing.

 It breaks out worse on certain occasions and lasts for a week or so, then improves. Has not been bothering him at night until last night.
 He is waiting very impatiently for me to go over town so must stop. Hope Grandma is well and enjoyed her birthday.
