One of my Uncle Frank's more lucid letters directed to my Mother. He was probably 82 or so when he wrote it. KKM

Dear Sister

You are going to be disapointed for a few day and maby for some time. rooms here are all taken or those not held for the High School Teachers a friend of mine hs a room in sight has seen the Lady of the place about a room in member of the person that died several days ago. was preparing food for a lot of those some of which could go home after the funeral Whell some dont they are looking for a free feed this lady and the man are Catholics this is not just this once but did at all catholic funerals a report on a room there is looked for the first of the week I hope it is good as I have a lot of work I wish done if I have to pack up and come south. I will pack all my tools and material as just a few is worse than none as to selling them the different watch schools have or will soon close for the term beginning Sept. What ever that date.
