On the 29th Augst - I attended the Meeting of the Hampden Missionary Society, and an excellent discourse on the accassn? - ascension? was delivered by the Rev Mr Hale of Westhampton, and the reports of the Missionaries were highly pleasing & animating to the friends of Zion.
