4/6/10 Joe Osscan moved the Ojibway & Bonge from Winter quarters in the Canal to the Mill Dock first having tipped the boat and unclear the hill below the water line.

4/7/10 J.B. Noble started for his post at Pine Ridge, S. Dak. He learns apparently in the same frame of mind he has exhibited for a long time. If he continues it at his new assignment his advent will not add to the peace and dignity of the Pine Ridge Agency. It is a matter of unclear that he has seen fit to make life unpleasant for himself and every one about the unclear Agency.
