We had letters yesterday from Mr. Rider & from Isaac There is a pretty place here for sale very low perhaps you will recollect the house just over the bridge of Baron Van Bombach: his sons & his property are in Milwaukee and he has decided to move there, so will sell his place cheap two acres a fair garden spot fruit &c. I wrote to Isaac about it perhaps he might think best to buy it & how pleasant it would be for us if it would be best for them otherwise I would not wish them to come.
