What was formerly the chapel of the Convent, is now fitting up as a Hall for the State Congress--The interior exceeds any thing of unclear in the Country in the richness and beauty of its ornaments and gilding but is rather too fine for the strikeout: place intended for the S solemnity which ought to attend the meetings and deliberations.
