Dear Sister Mary,

  Can you tell when you last had a letter from home.  I can only remember that I wrote after we got the last letter from you  It seems a long time.  We hope you are not sick.  If you have not written send a postal if no more as soon as you get this.  Mother worries.  Anna went to Utica yesterday morning - she had a letter the night before from Fanny inviting her and we all thought it would do her good.  She has been taxing herself a good deal lately making bills and sending them out.  We are trying to send all and request settlement before the first of Jan next.  I have been helping her some.  Perhaps her going may put us back a
