  Yours with Cynthia's is just received - we feel sorry to have you give up your house at such a sacrifice - I supposed all the time that your landlord accepted what you paid him during the summer as payment in full for those months and that he thus had no claim upon you.  I also thought the alternative was running your house yourself or letting another do so with your furniture in it giving you the benefit of the same in having your office &c
