Belle Jamie, and baby Harvey came up and spent the morning. Mr Angell spent the day at home to day. as the men with his Carpet and the Upholsterer were busy here all day. the dear babies quite well. Mattie gone to see Horace,s wife and baby. Catie Lunt and her baby is also well. Mrs Stone and her baby and Mrs Pullman and her twins also well, all all well but my dear Eva, she gone away from us forever. after tea I went down with Mr Angell Mr Badger and Ada to see Belle, her baby and Robby have bad colds. very much like whooping cough, | Belle Jamie, and baby Harvey came up and spent the morning. This has been a beautiful day. all of us well, but house still full of workmen, Mr[[s?]] Hilton called to see me. Mattie & Ada gone in Carriage to see Belle, her baby has cold, this is four weeks to day that the little Angells were born, Oh cruel fate to deprive me of my dear Eva I had a letter from Mrs Leiter in London, she arrived safe. |

Sunday June 27, 1875
At two O. clock Dr Locke read the service over my beautiful little babe, who was buried 19 years ago in Cave Hill, she would be twenty if she had lived. we went out with three Carriages to Graceland had her buried very near Eva, it is sweet comfort to feel that my precious Eva has her dear little Sister so near her, we placed white flowers on her grave. peace be to my dear children, may our Heavenly Father take them to his loving care, is the prayer of their heatr broken Mother, we returned home in the pouring rain Jamie went dow to Belle,s house.
Monday June 28, 1875
This has been a bright day. but cool, all of us well, William the Carpenter is fixing the door of the Nursery. Ada and Mattie gone to see Belle, James came up to see me. Dr Thoms has gone to Belle,s house to dinner, he called on us to day. Mrs Andrews and her daughter Lucy, came to day to see us. Belle,s baby has cold again, Mrs Pullman is getting quite well, we are going to put a new Carpet on Mr Angell room, my boys have no more school
