I told you that the Law Case was deside in Freemont? favor but that was not so it is in David favor their case was refer to Judg Persely fremont? is rather selfish had no witness but himself but David had a contract that was made in the year 1865 between Mary Roberts an Elias Jones that Jones was to pay 10unclear a year for the use of that Land he David wrote the paper Mary R and Elias signed and David witness to it the children never heard about befor nor do they beleave that their father ever signed that contract can you believe such unclear I sooner bleave that it was working last haying? or affter that
