My dear Sister, Sarah has been a little better and brighter since I wrote you yesterday. Though very weak. Dr. W was here this morning, he says he does not think she has changed much since he was here before (Tuesday). He says she has wonderful vitality. Has promised to see her again the first of the week. She had another hard time coughing and raising in the night last night but did not vomit this time. We get the air pillows all night and find them very nice and comfortable. The exchange has paid - did you pay it or did Mr. A[?]?
