When I reached the boat was ordered up to Goodrich Landing again. Start up at once & reach there before noon & disembark and go into camp in a very nice place. Got comfortably settled in our tents. | ||

While fixing things around Genl Desmes came and orders us to Millikens Bend and we strike tents at once. Such is a soldier experience .
