It is warm this morning looks like rain. I went into a Neighbor Mrs..[unclear] Peck to see if we could rent her house for Mr. A.D. Grant. I then went to the office. it rained just after I got home. Wrote two letters this morning for my servants to send to their relations in Louisville. Our Piano has just arrived. children all well. we have a case of diptheria next door to us. it is quite warm today.
