Our Piano has just arrived. children all well. we have a case of diptheria next door to us. it is quite warm today. Monday July 15 1861. It is warm this morning looks like rain. I went into a Neighbor Mrs..[unclear] Peck to see if we could rent her house for Mr. A.D. Grant.
