1t In doing Justly - Whoever possessed a heart wh. was rectified with a love to G. & did not feel a wound & a shock at being treated unjustly by his fellow men, it fills him with pain & abhorrence of the abominable deed, in justice & oppression were among t sins wh. kindled t. wrath of almighty G. agt t. Jewish nation wh. became utterly unquenchable; From t. extreme horribleness of t crime it is very easy to see how desirable is t virtue wh is its opposite .i.e doing justly; or doing righteousness to each other. And if t christian would wish to avoid so grt an evil as injustice done to hims: let him set t example to do justly to all, let him do to others as he would that others should do to him, let him adhere to this rule stricly in t exercise of t christian temper & then he does that wh. is t law & t ppts.
