mountain it excelled any place I have yet seen for flowers & beautiful trees I would like to live here saw 15 or 20 beautiful flowers & c just befor me came into camp she had a thunder shower - it fell in sheets the hardest I ever saw in 15 minutes torrents were running down the mountain like rivers of lava it was flat where we hauled up but the water was running a foot deep all over the ground after the rain we drove to a little valley where there was good feed & as it happened one of the best springs in the country was there which made a beautiful camping ground ground very fertile Dis. -21- Drow 962 Thurs 21st
