The State of our publick affairs have hitherto prevented his receiving any stipend for his services which in 30, but I hope that in this journey he will meet with Mr. Phillips the Commissioner Treasurer at Norwich and if he has received any money a bill of L22:20 which will be due the 13th of this instant will be paid to M. Gilbert. I write in the greatest hope and can only add that I am with the greatest regard yr most humb Servt, | |||
