Apropos of spirits, if a disembodied spirit can hold communication with a living one why may not living spiritis hold converse with one another (when absent I mean) so if you hear any mysterious knockings or if you furniture is seized with any migratory propensities you may believe (if you please) that it is me wishing to hold converse with you. How ever I had much rather see you face to face, when shall I have that pleasure. I suppose your situation now must remind of Clinton and oh that I could go unclear your room as easy as I could then, how many questions I should ask. But it is useless to wish and why should we wish to be differently situated when the Providence of God has placed us where we are ----
