25 Sep Monday. Rained and blowed hard all night. wet and dirty. Started 1/4 past 10. hoped? Base hour? Gland? and laudy? at 5 for the night. 26th Tuesday. Cold and cloudy. Started early. Shot at a Pelican hoped? Harly Jack Riuss?at ll. abundance of Wily Geese Bell Killed a young Pelican. weather fairer but cold. Sprague Killed a goat. but it was left.
