A camp of armed Mexicans one hundred strong was broken up and seven Commissioned Officers and thirty seven Privates captured by Capt. Meyers 9th Cavalry at Fort McIntosh on the 6th. They are Juaristas and most of them probably the same that recently surrendered at Fort Duncan. Valdez was in command, but not captured. The Privates were disarmed and paroled - The Officers are just arrived here as prisoners. What shall be done with them.
