At the time of the great Peace Jubilee at Boston, I thought a great deal of you and have much you would have enjoyed going [strike] being there. All who attended pronounced it a very imposing affair, and a great success in every way. I fully intended to be present but could not make my arrangements to visit Boston until after it was all over. While there, however, I saw the Coloseum and got a number of stereoscopic views of the building both when filled and empty.
