Annexed to it, you will find all the treaties and conventions with many other documents on the subject Falconer's pamphlet is an answer to it, and that answer I have answered, I think conclusively. I send you a copy by mail of the answer. I assert without fear of contradiction that my work is the first and as yet the only exposition of the history of that part of the world. It is written fairly as admitted by the most ? of the British Reviewers; without party feelings and with the intention of doing justice to all.
