Dear Arthur. My typist is off-duty at Raimia [sic - Ravinia?], So I send this copy from the point of the pen, to save time. The National & International significance of this Conference is so pronounced, especially in

Except the German Ambassador's name I see nothing superfluous in this copy to its ^ social
interpretation of the significance of the occasion, though you may measure space as more significant to the make-up.
