the ironing board which stands on end. When he reaches the top he stands there and shrieks pitifully until I come and take him down. He is a very bright little thing and we are all very fond of him, especially Max, who is supposed to hold a special aversion to cats. We are going to get Doc to "change" him, if he will. Some of the best articles I have ever read on the education of children and the new woman movement, are appearing right along in the Pictorial Review so I don't think any Florida people will feel "stung" if they subscribe. Have just finished reading Man + Superman and enjoyed it very much. Papa brought me two books Sunday. "The Third Degree" + "Old Love Stories Retold" by Richard LeGallienne. I think he said that the latter is also the author of "The Golden Girl" or some such book that we have. Must stop now so this can be mailed. Are you going to Highlands this summer, Grandma? Lots of love, Katharine.
