Called on Brow, Tite and Becker. Fri. 10. rain rain rain. a.m. set out tomatoes East 1/4 of N land. Then to hill lot set out 56 cabbage plants on flat. p.m. weeding in garden. picking over beans for seed, Eve. new Exec Com. of C.E. met to choose committees. present Miss Maria Lickorish, Haines, Phipps, Sutlief (Ruby). Mssrs. Foley & Metcalf. Roy & I sat on verandah lounge till late. Sat. 11. a.m. Ike & I put paris green on hill lot early potatoes. put it on dry with lime. Eli & Keyes weed carrots. p.m. weeding in garden Roy here to talk w Marion & ask advice. Eli mow lawn & went to Oberlin 4:40 to spend Sunday with Jo. I mow grass n & w of house Sun. 12 Childrens Day. Cadmus preached to children. No S.S. Lake Ave. 21 present. Big rain during S.S. Bapt. Y.P. mtg. roll call. Cadmus preached on Jehoshaphat.
