Eliab took his grey horse to use a while & then sell he has now sold it for $162 1/2 - And has bought a little bit of a creature (weighs: 700) for about 60, which they extol very much. Maria is very well xxxxx but I dont believe Hattie will go away unless it is for a short time - They have got everything nicely arrang'd here to suit them all as different as may be from what it was  I am very glad to have them here if Sam'l must break up his home but O what a change I did feel very sad a while - Lucy gone all her things away & the keen apprehension that Sam'l & P. will go away  I do love Sam'l as an own Son & should feel worse perhaps about his going off - more of the feeling that when gone they
