afternoon Mallie has just been in here & talks that they have about concluded to come up here I feel more miserably about it than I did before - at first I wanted they should - thought it would be better for them But now I feel as if they/ Mallie & Hattie) do not want too they have all along been finding up excuses for not coming - but feel as if they must. I feel more of constraint with them than with you & Nettie but perhaps it will wear off. But I can hardly think of any thing but you & your affliction if you should be taken sick do please Telegraph to Eliab at once & he will go to you
