5thly  Godliness being profitable unto all things we may add once more it is profitable for the peace & happiness of civil society. - Wherever a community in genl are godly & disposed to obey the precepts & institutions of the gospel, they a re happy, but where they are dissalute & cast off the principles & ordenames of the gospel, they are wretched - - How happy would be a community who were disposed to render to God the things wh. are his due
