Where did you  have your Christmas dinner?  You mentioned [[?]]- coming Christmas Eve, but nothing further except Martha thanking for Tommy's book.

Today is grey, cloudy but not cold.  Yesterday was one of our ideal days.  I have no fire, and each cat has his own favorite places, Tom on the sewing machine, Jerry in rocking chair by empty stove and Laddie on my bed.  Wish I could find a nice home for Jerry.  He is a lovely, handsome cat and lets me handle him now, but the others pick on him and spit in his face.  He is wonderful to them, kisses them always when they meet and wants to love them.
