As a more personal note to you alone, Jack, let me add: I have had much time to think here, and some of my thoughts have included the (reading) often that, for some reason I never got my sea legs at an office - not fully in a fellowship sense, at least. I was the loser.
My hope is that this will be changed and in particular with you. For I am an admirer of yours, Jack, as a person and as a writer. You have done much that has left all liberals still at large in your debt. And, besides, you are a good guy. Being hospitilzed gives me the
