I think you misinterpreted somewhat Jack Anderson's "animus" in his report as to USSR submarines being off our coast & jamming guided-missile radar directly. I know Pearson rather well - he's a very fine-spirited, high minded kindly fellow - bourgeois, but not vicious. I hope his report is correct. The Hung. govt has just issued a White Paper (book) on the horrors committed by the agents provocateurs, & financed by those secret USA millions. I have written several letters to NY urging that our papers & magazines summarize this White Paper for us & reproduce some of the photographs & documentary facsimiles. If we will keep steady & wait a little while longer, the true facts will come out & we will better understand what occurred.
