Most disconcerting, & most impressive sight: the streets filled with soldiers carrying loaded rifles & machine guns. (Not a drunk in the streets.) Can you imagine the carnage in LA, SF, NY, if our soldiers & marines were permitted to carry loaded weapons on weekends? I leave in less than 2 weeks.
