Every Wednesday evening there is a lot of static so I can't hear the toothpaste program. I get a lot of pleasure listening a half-hour every week day to the School of the Air. I'm learning lots about folk-songs, explorations, "tales from far and hear", etc. from 9:15 to 9:45 every morning. This aft. I listened to Damrosch's  music appreciation hour, which I've heard more or less often for several years.

I hope your cold weather has moderated by this time. We have had the coldest winter here in 45 years, but the damage hasn't been so great as it was then, because the trees were dormant this time. Love to all, Mother.
