  I ironed some-- helped finish jenny's night dress-  Sabra & Mrs Chamberlin came to spend day-- I got dinner-- They washed the dishes-- Father & Mother visited Mr. Fenney's Two Misses Stinton & Miss Buntin called Sabra & Mrs C. stayed to tea-- I went to the store with them  Mayo tumbled down the steps into the barn-- did not hurt him much-- grazed his nose & forehead slightly-- He had brought in the horses but  [unclear] & was trying to take it back to the barn.  Went in to Lycum Little Mayo crying for me when I came home-- clung to me with all his might
