Opr reported everything quiet and all trains running on time: no trouble of any kind with the strikers. Opr. saw the brotherhood men and bring to get the new engineers to leave the road by offering them their old runs back promises of an apology from the Brotherhood. Engineer Steward on H and St. Joe Engine #28 train #63 arriving there at 8 PM told Opr that he was visited with the above request. Opr says everything was very quiet up to the time of retiring.
