Bought pants, hat tc and reported at Camp N Penn in the afternoon & was assigned to co. le. there are 3 capts the 1st Lieut. + 4. 2nd Lieut and a Surg on. My 2d St is Robert W Webb. We have organised a mess of all officers in Regt.
