Tuesday, January 13, 1863. Went to Congress again today. Most of the time was spent on eulogies on Senator Pierce of Md.
Wednesday 14 Went to Congress. Bingham of Ohio & Wright of PA made strong speeches in reply to a peace speech of Galandingham.
Thursday 15 Corporal Steward & 8 men went to Trinity church to attend a funeral. The went to the Soldiers Home
