I have deferred answering yours of 22 | I have deferred answering yours of 22 Ult., fearing that you might start for the East before my letter would reach you, but now my hopes prevail, that you will find it possible and expedient to wait and go with me, so I will write a few lines if it reach you well, if not, no matter provided I hear from you -- I am anxiously desiring to hear from you with regards to your plans hope you will not fail to write as soon as you yourself know whether and when I may expect you, and if possible what day you can arrive here; The day after school school closes, i.e. the 1st of July I can be ready to take the six o'clock train and be in Buffalo at 9 or 10 A.M. ready to go the same day to the Falls: if you can be here a day or two sooner so much the better,- I do not wonder you felt bad about your horse - the mute appeal of the poor dumb beast is very touching I think: it seems almost impossible not to believe that animals have existence, | ||
