      The National Committee is of opinion, and hereby decide, that the Decision of the Supreme Court in the suit of Jessee Bushy head vs. Sarah Rain crow, for a negro girl named Jenny, in favour of Sarah Raincrow, is final and conclusive, the decision having been made agreeably to law and justice.
      Thomas Foreman acting under a written power of attorney from and for Cootie & Lizzy Wilkinson scribble as an agent having received from Sarah Raincrow & part of the money due for the sale of the aforesaid negro girl, sold by John Wilkerson, thereby the sale became confirmed by the act of the authorised agent.
      Therefore, the petitioner's prayer for a New Trial cannot be granted.
