A fine little boy at Eliab's born a 1/2 past seven last night, weighting 6 1/2 pounds, - I was there in the afternoon, came home at five o'clock. Mallie had'nt been very well all day, but felt better when I left, so I was not a little surprised to hear that it was all over this morning. She had a nice time, is very comfortable now (I have been down this P.M.) and the baby seems nice & well - nurses finely and performs all other duties, particularly since he imbibed a small quantity of "pumpkin seed tea" just

[left-hand side and top] of your big spells - has really cried for Samuel two or three times. Mayo taught Percie to play while he was here. He ? on a great deal more business than before Mayo came.
