Utica Oct 16 61 Rev R Everett Sir Mr L M Jones called on me the 10th? of the month for the Amt Coming to him from the Estate of R Everett Jr I told him it was in your hands. he said he would call & see e again about it. imediately after he gave Dr Holland one order on me for the Amt Coming to him viz $32.94,, I refused to accept the order unless Mr Holland would agree that you should have your pay for the (C - there cannot spell it) Magazine or for any thing els the Mr Jones may owe you to which Mr Holland agreed the bal I told the Dr he should have. & that I woud write to you about it please advise me
