J.E. Maxwell, Esqr.  Paola, Kansas.
Dear Sir: -- In your letter of Wednesday you say "I have today received a letter from J.E. Everett, in which he authorizes me to confer with you and correct any errors that may appear on the face of the record in the Probate Court."  Does this include the failure to give the estate credit for interest on the funds lying in his hands? - If not the most important point in my proposition has been overlooked, as the errors apparent upon the face of the accounts, - aside from the administrator's charges - involve only small amounts, as in the matter of tax receipts, and that of sale bills, which were noticed in our conversation in your office.
