26 Resolved by the Committee of the Cherokee Nation that Toochala, one of the Acting Principal Chiefs with the Path Killer of the Cherokee Nation, having at the late treaty held at the Cherokee Agency, signed or registered his name to emigrate to the Arkansas Country. In consequence of is quitting, or declaring his intention of quitting the country and other obvious reasons, We here have unanimously agreed to suspend and forever do away all authority or commission with which he has ever been invested by this nation.
