Metcalf were invited - and Mrs M will probably attend. Mrs M being unavoidably detained therefrom. I have also -(another item)-reason to suppose that Mr & Mrs H.E. Brooks of Cleveland is now at the house, having lately, this afternoon, arrived there. I expected they might come yesterday, H.E.B to make figures and bid upon our new school house.
