More, while correcting him, half a dozen other chaps, got up & said "That's enough[[underlined]]"! Therefore I threshed him a little longer, and then gave them a pretty serious lecture. There is about the worse set of fellows among them that I ever saw any where. One of them weighs 214 lbs. too. However, they are somewhat afraid of me! I do not know as I shall know where to find Almeda if she is in Boston. I start Mond 21st. In great haste, just going out to spend evening. Do write to me soon & often. Aff. I. S. M. |
