Pleasant day | Sunday, April 22. | ||
Pleasant day. Rose earlier than usual for Sunday morning. Took my usual bath & went to the Pres' Church at the Court House. After dinner took a walk with Holden & the old [[?]] ground around by the burial ground - At night went to the ME Church & heard Rev Miller preach upon the text "And the Disciples men of [[God?]]" - Returning took another walk with Holden & afterward had some in [[ "Bernice"?]] [[?]] to stop about midnight | |||

1866. Sunday, April 22. Pleasant day. Rose earlier than usual for Sunday morning. Took my usual bath & went to the Pres' Church at the Court House. After dinner took a walk with Holden & the old ? ground around by the burial ground - At night went to the ME Church & heard Rev Miller preach upon the text "And the Disciples men of God?" - Returning took another walk with Holden & afterward had some in "Bernice"? ? to stop about midnight
